Sanyou Baijiu - Aged 5 Years

It is finally here - Traditional Baijiu made in Australia and aged 5 years. 

The oldest and most awarded baijiu made in Australia (and perhaps the oldest anywhere off the Asian continent!).

This 5 year milestone is one to be celebrated, and at Sanyou we surely are celebrating.

What to expect:
Nose: toasted rice, smoked soy sauce, miso soup, umami and some subtle floral and fruit notes.
Palate: sesame oil, toasted peants, moutain flowers, rice cracker and subtle sweet notes.
Finish: long and lingering mouth feel with remnants of lightly roasted sesame, fermented beans and soy
