This baijiu has spent 18 months aging in the traditional clay pots followed by 3 months finishing in a 20 litre ex-Sherry barrel.
The flavour on the Sherry finished baijiu needs to be tasted to be believed. For us, it is the perfect east meets west baijiu. You get all the baijiu flavours that we love and it is complimented with the oaky sherry barrel undertones giving hints of what we love about Tasmanian Whisky.
The Sherry finished baijiu has been well appreciated and loved by the whisky lovers at our tasting events.
